About Us

Aqa Trade sells the things water touches. Towels get wet, floors get mopped, washing piles up, bottles get refilled and drains get blocked - and the small, unglamorous products that carry all of that around a home are exactly what we stock. We are a Bath & Water Essentials shop based in BRYAN, OH, and we do not try to be anything else.

    • How we choose it

    Two things decide whether a product earns a place: material and measurement. A caddy that rusts by the spring is not worth the shelf space, and a rack that does not clear the cistern is no use however well it photographs. So we look for stainless steel, ABS, aluminium, silicone, coated steel, cotton and canvas where each belongs, and we put the dimensions and the capacity in the description instead of leaving you to guess. If something only holds on smooth tile, or only fits a standard tub, the page says so before you buy rather than after.

    • Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states with no minimum order, and a tracking number emailed the moment a parcel leaves us. We do not ship outside the United States and we do not offer an expedited service.
    • A clear returns line: if an item is faulty, arrives damaged in transit or is simply the wrong product, we pay the return shipping and refund you. We cannot take back an item because it was not what you pictured.
    • Support that answers within 1-2 business days, from someone who can read your order rather than a script.
    • A secure checkout handled by Shopify Payments, encrypted throughout, with full card details never stored on our side.

    Everything we sell is brand new and in its original packaging. We do not offer gift wrapping.
