Payment Methods

Paying for an order at Aqa Trade should take a moment and leave you in no doubt about what you were charged. This page sets out what we accept, how the money is handled, and what to do when a payment will not go through.

The options open to you are shown at checkout. If one of them is not displayed there, it is not available for that order.

How your payment is protected

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is certified against the PCI-DSS standard, and the entire checkout runs over SSL/TLS encryption. Full card numbers and payment credentials are never stored on our servers: the card data passes directly to the processor and not to us.

Prices, tax and the total

All prices on the site are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout, and the complete total - product price plus any tax - is on screen before you confirm the order. Standard shipping is free, so there is nothing to add for delivery. There are no handling charges, no surcharges and no fees that turn up afterwards.

After the payment goes through

A confirmation email is sent as soon as the payment clears. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, look in the spam or junk folder first; if it is not there either, write to support@aqatrade.com and we will confirm the order for you by hand.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing name, address and ZIP code match the card exactly.
• Make sure the funds or the credit limit are available.
• Look for a block from your bank - an unfamiliar online merchant is a common trigger.
• Try one of the other methods listed above.
