A clear borosilicate mug with a handle, for tea, coffee or hot milk.
Borosilicate is used because it takes a sudden change of temperature - boiling water poured into a cold cup - without the stress that cracks ordinary glass, and it is less prone to breakage in daily use. The walls are thickened, which insulates the drink and means you can hold the body of the mug rather than pinching the handle.
The clarity is part of the point: you can watch tea take colour as it brews, and judge a coffee by eye before you taste it. The handle follows the shape of a hand through a long drink, and the smooth surface resists staining and goes in the dishwasher. One mug supplied.
