Eight bottle stoppers in food-grade silicone over a stainless steel core, one in each colour, so an open bottle can be marked by whoever opened it or by the day it was opened.
The top is about 3 cm across and the body tapers to a cone, which is how one shape seals a standard 750 ml wine bottle, a champagne bottle and a beer bottle alike. Push down with a slight twist and the silicone beds into the neck, keeping air out so the wine keeps its flavour longer.
They take temperatures from -20 to 220 C, so they can be sterilised, and the metal ring lets them hang up to dry after rinsing. Two cautions worth reading: they are not intended for sealing carbonated drinks over long periods, and pointed utensils will nick the silicone.
